Shipping Policy. We offer free shipping for US orders over $50 via ground service. Orders with ground or priority mail service are processed in 3-5 business days and deliver in 4-8 business days.

Expedited shipping options are available via UPS 3 Day, 2nd Day Air and Next Day service. Expedited orders are processed in 1-2 business days and ship same day if placed by 1:00pm PST.

Tracking numbers are emailed to you as they become available. 

Back Orders. If an item goes on backorder, we will ship the portion of your order that is in stock. We will notify you within 48 hours of the items that are unavailable and their expected availability.

International Shipping. International orders are charged a flat shipping rate of $24 and will ship via USPS International. Delivery on international orders usually occurs within 16 days. Please note, you may be subject to import taxes, duties and fees upon the order entering your country. We are unable to control or predict these costs, therefore we will not be responsible for any additional charges associated with Customs clearance. Customs clearance procedures can delay packages by up to four weeks. Once your package clears customs, it is handed over to your country's local courier service and a new tracking number will be created.

International Claims. Please note, Chloe and Cami is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If you feel your package has been lost or stolen, please reach out to your local carrier for more information. Chloe and Cami will not resend packages.

Tracking says it was delivered but I still have not received it. Check to see if the carrier left a notice of attempted delivery. Maybe it was left nearby, with a neighbor? Possibly someone else accepted the delivery for you. And please contact your local post office for more information. Still can’t find it? Let us know and we’ll see what we can do.

Cancellations. We cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been shipped - if your order has already been dispatched, our support team will be happy to set up a return for you. If you want to cancel or make changes to your order, please reach out to our support team at if you need to make any changes. Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled. Please note that we will not be able to accept a return for any items marked as Final Sale.

Returns/Exchanges. Items must be in their original conditions - unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in original condition with all original tags still attached, and ideally in original packaging if applicable. Within 14 days after date of delivery. All item(s) will undergo a detailed inspection once received. If the returned item(s) do not meet our outlined standards for return, then the item(s) will be returned to the customer’s original shipping address and will not be granted a refund/exchange. 

Gift Returns/Exchanges. If you are a gift recipient and need to make a return, then we will refund you in the form of Chloe and Cami store credit for any future purchases on our site, if your items(s) is eligible for a return. Please note that some of our items are final sale. Final sale status can be found on the website product listings, in checkout and in your order confirmation.

Please note: shipping costs are not refundable when exchanging or returning an item. Customers are responsible for all shipping expenses.
